Hello everyone. I have a 55 gallon reef tank that I would like to light so I can add coral. So far I have 2 clown fish, 1 damsel fish, 2 boxer shrimp a chocolate chip starfish and assorted snails. What is the type of lighting you would recommend. Thank you

I have some stuff growing in my rock. I was hoping someone could tell me what it is.

I've just noticed today that some of my live rock is growing some mushroom looking things all over it and some other has some reddish spots. I have to damsels in the tank. It's a 55 gallon tank has about 90lbs of live rock and live sand. Got my water tested today and all my levels are normal...

So I was assured by my LFS that my live rock was cycled (I did pick it out of the tank myself) and that with the live sand I have I should be ok with my cycling. So 3 days ago I went to get my clownfish but they didn't have any. Do I opted for damsels instead. I have to say I'm pretty happy. And...
