ok iv read places that it is illegal to purchase a leapord shark that is under 3 ft yet i have read about people purchasing leapord sharks 12" and less! please help me for I AM CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?

im NOT gonna get a lemon shark if some of u guys r thinking i am gonna get 1. the most extreme thinking i have done is on a leapord shark and i dont even have enough money to buy one of those and are not willing to blow all my money on a fish (even though its tempting).

ok on some websites they offer lemon sharks but they dont offer the scientific name so i cant do an image search on what they look like. does anybody know how i can find out what they look like. i found some pictures but i dont think you can keep the 1s that i found in an aquarium

Smoothhound sharks usually grow to a maximum 150 cm but is usually around 100-120 cm. They are about 35 cm at birth. They will eat crabs, lobsters,shrimp, sometimes cephalopods and small bony fish like eels. oh and i just found out that they will sometimes swim in mid-waters.

well i found out that smoothound sharks will sometimes school with leopard sharks and they are bottom dwellers so i assumed that they just cruise along reefs and act just like leapord sharks. if you want pictures of the smoothhound shark i suggest you just do an image search in google for them.
