More cleaners and good flow will get rid of that I have 15 hermits 4 turbos 10 nasarius and 10 astraea and 5 cirth ... I know I hacked their spelling lol

I opened the photo on my PC and it does look like diatoms. It is not uncommon for new tanks and new lr to grow diatoms after curing I would get Trochus or Astraea to clean it up start with a few if its not gone or growing more add a few more

Daney I glued 3 the rest I did not. As for weight when I got the tank I had 75lbs I have added more since so I would say over 100lbs

Almost a year later. No filter no sump. Only lots if sand live rock and a skimmer. All levels testing good consistently. Water changes are the same 15 gal once a month. 75g Marineland reef led 2 at 18" 2 at 24" AquaC remora skimmer Hydor power heads 2 med 1 small Spectrapure RO/DI filter
