When you do a water change and add a dechlorinator(sp), do you have to wait before you add that water back to the tank? If you are supposed to wait, how long?

After my last post, I am serious thinking of moving up to the Fluval 404, but it only has a 340 gph rate, is that going to be enough for my 75g tank. Also, by moving everything except the foam from the 304 to the 404 do you think I will be keeping enough bacteria intact.

One last question The foam of a 304 wont fit in the 404 but if I change the other media to the 404 you think I'll be alright? I really appreciate your advice and look forward to your answer to my latest question. Thanks, Gary
