    new 55 gallon setup landscaping?

    :confused:Starting a 55 gallon planted & fish setup. My Question is if I biuld 2 6" long 2" high 6"deep caves in the bottom hilly aqua scape, do I need to have air pumps pump air into them so there is no dead spots of water movement for proper filteration? I have a ehiem proIII canester filter.
