I have about 38 LB of live rock w/ 2 largerrocks and 2 medium sized rocks and a few smaller ones. The medium ones have alot of pink and red corraline on them and the others have small spots...all has been in my tank for 1.5 years and is still there but Im getting rid of everything. ($3/LB) I...

i have NO lights and for about 6 months my coraline really didnt seemto be growing or spreading at any rate at all...the i was recommended to switch to reef crystals salt mix and within 1 month my coraline had doubled on my live rock...i dont use any other additives at all

mine is very loud also and the tubing didnt help mine.... i have had mine for about 9 months

the skimmer might slow it down a bit

i have to resize them

well my cleaner just died 2 weeks ago...im not sure if my 6line killed him or not ......my hermits ate him quickly after he died.... but every thing else in the tank is doin great so i dont think it was parameters and the shrimp was my longest lived inhabitant.

well can anyone tell me an easy way to resize my pics with XP....i dont have photo shop...i thought i could do it with paint but it is only croping it

u cant really got by wieght when u are dealing with rock because some rock is more dense than others ...it is all to heavy to float therefore to really be accurate u would have to go by the surface area of the rock which is gonna be damn near impossible unless u have a squared rock :)

my sixline wrasse does the same thing...it looks like he swallowed a marble...and he will eat and eat until he eats so much he has to spit it back out...then my cleaner gets to eat because the wrasse letss absolutely nothing get close to the bottom

i hope my shrimp doesnt get eaten..i really like mine

yeah i would say the 6line will hold its own

yeah im reading that some will mess w/ ordimental shrimp and some wont...probably hit and miss...i really want this fish...are they easy?

i found this fish yesterday at the lfs that i really like...it looks exactly like a bicolor/royal dotty back in size and shape except it is one solid color like a hot pink my question is i heard that dotty backs can be aggessive...i kinda have my heart set on this fish so any temperment, and...
