Hi, I wanted to get a bit of java moss to carpet a new tank and iv tried everywhere to find it but no one carries them in my area. So I have to look online and shop around for a retailer. Does anyone know a good website that sales nice good quality java moss? Thanks for any help or advice ?

Thanks for the advice! I think I might look into getting cherry barbs and bleeding hearts for sure. I love them :) I'v never seen dither fish I'll look em up.

Also the 1-3 fish ratio can change depending in the fish size the bigger the fish the less you can put in.

I think you should have cycled the tank first before you put in any fish. Also I think another problem would be that you put way to many fish in at one time. You should only put 1-3 max fish at a time. The ammonia levels must have spiked and killed your fish. My suggestion would be to do water...

Yes it is very common in newly established aquariums you could turn off your light it can help feed it and make it spread if you have a constant light on over your tank. Or why not try to dim the light so there won't be a large amount of it. Also over feeding can contribute to the grow of it so...
