I've checked water and it's all good , is bloodworms okay for them ?

I have had various types of gourmis , after a while they seem to get bloated bellies ....is this a common problem in Gouramis , what causes it ? ( I am not over feeding)

Hi can anyone answer my question , I have recently had to put my bristle nose catfish in there own tank cos as a breeding pair the babies kept geetin eaten by the other fish so I put them in there own tank , but I wondered if neons would be okay with them as the tank looks empty as the bristle...
