I don't have a lot to add to the thread but I really am enjoying following your journey, when I had a tank a few years back I loved my mollies and their babies! I have some in my tank now but seem to have forgotten all I knew...lol!

So went to my lfs and I got the distinct feeling they didn't believe me about the baby rainbow shark...I get it next to impossible but I know what we all saw. Hmmmmph! Sorry little vent. But I was so excited about it!

Was doing tank maint and found a few fry from the platy that I had assumed had all been eaten. But then to my huge surprise. I have at least 1 rainbow shark baby!!! Was super excited as how I have read its next to impossible. Since I just started my tank up not too long ago never thought about...

Thank you so very much! I think I may have a problem tho I have yet to get spikes in anything ammonia or any of it...fish seem fine and lively even had the platy have babies and 2 are still swimming around. But I'm concerned with no ammonia spike my tester says 0.
