My mystery snail is floating is it dead

I have 2 snails that I bought about 3 months ago but now I'm starting to see lots of baby snails how can I kill them it lots of them

Panning to move my fish from my 10 gallon to my 20 gallon how do I do it it's been cycled and I tested my water it's great but don't no how to change them without upsetting them or something !!!!
