Excellent advice, as I am just now testing out my HOB Prizm. Anyone else also notice that these things are quite loud? All my other pumps and filters are silent in comparison. Can I put this Prizm on a sump underneath my tank and still get the same results??

If you are adding the LR to a brand new tank, do you not bother with the cure, since the ammonia will only help start the cycling process? Or is the first cycling, basically the curing process? Sorry if these questions are dumb. I'm a newb. :)
