I lost power and won't have it for about a week or two. I have a 14 gallon reef tank and a 35 gallon fresh water tank. They have no oxygen!! How can I save them?!

I just started my first marine tank! I put in live rock and not even a day later these little worm like critters start waving themselves at me. There seems to be two at a time. Red and white striped. I don't know what's wrong with my fish. When I got him he was a beautiful orange color and now he's turned this brown color and he is starting to develop ich. I'm not sure if it's normal for him to turn brown but it's making me paranoid. I started caring him for the ich but as for the browning...
