How do I know if the babies are ready to get out of the net breeder and in to the community tank?

My Dalmatian platys just gave birth and there are 10-11 little ones in there I also have 1 blue gourami and 2 normal platys in there.. Now that there are new babies in there what should I do different in my maintenance routine to protect the new borns and maintain a healthy fish tank?

Is it ok to let my fishtank go through its last days of cycling with 5 fish in it?

Ok so I'm new to this whole fish tank thing and I just got a fish tank, I'm letting it run for a week, it's a 40 gallon tank and after 2 days it became foggy, is this normal or is there a problem? if so what should I do?
