    I have no experience with uv sterilizers I have a general knowledge of what they do but what do I need or go about hooking one up to the tank. I have 2 HOB filters along with a Hydor Koralia Evolution 1400 Pump.

    No sun and I have the lights on for around 6 hours sometimes a little longer sometimes a little less. If it is an algae bloom what would I do. I do have a pleco in the tank along with 4 red tailed tinfoil barbs.

    I noticed my water on my 125 gallon has a slight green tint to it. I checked the water today and all the parameters are fine the ph is 7.6 ammonia was 0, nitrites were at 0 and nitrates were 10-20 ppm.     I have the white in my 125 and love the look. I know the darker the substrate the more the colors of the fish will pop.
