So I'm not sure what this is growing out of my live rock. I got one with a coral I bought but now it on another piece of rock I have in the tank. Is it aiptasia?

So I was just looking at my tank and I noticed this white thing dangling from my live rock. It has a little bit of orange on it? Is it some sort of starfish? Or is it a parasite? This is the best I can do with the picture. And since I took the picture the thing has moved into a hiding spot.

I just noticed this on my live rock is this something I should be worried about?
