Everyone once in awhile my nem will completely code up and all tentacles go inside, is there a reason for this?

I was feeding my fish this morning and noticed this little guy walkin in the sand, would it happen to be a baby brittle starfish? Or what else could it be? Kinda cool to see, never seen him before

How do you know when coralline algae is starting to grow? I have little white/pinkish circles on the front and back of my tank. Kinda looks like the begining stages of it, the Tank has been up and running since June.. I would post a pic but it might be blurry to see.

Overstocked? Really? Two clowns - 3" (x2) Rainsford goby - 2 1/2" Royal gramma - 3" That's roughly 11 1/2" of fish...I think I could keep atleast one more small fish if my water parameters are up to par, no?

I need an idea on one more fish in my 29 gallon FOWLR..currently I have two ocellaris clowns, a Rainsford goby, and a royal gramma..llookin for a peaceful active swimmer that won't bully my other fish..Any suggestions?!
