    Problem or normal?? Marina Power Filter Slim S15

    My 7yr old daughter has just set up her first aquarium:fish2: using a complete starter kit, the filter provided is a Marina Power Filter Slim S15. It clips/hangs onto the outside of the tank. I'm just a bit puzzled as it seems to vibrate massively even if the flow rate is reduced to the point...
