My water quality is perfect. That is the first thing I checked. I will try out the peas and zucchini to see if he rakes to them.

So I have a Bio Wheel 350, which has dual wheels on it. I have cleaned the cartridges in tank water, but can I do the same with the wheels? If I'm not mistaken, that is where all of the beneficial bacteria sits, I do not want to have to recycle my tank. It is finally stable in all parameters...

The picture is kinda crappy, bit the fish is so small I can't get a clear shot. I think its a guppy, but not to sure. I have three other baby guppies in the tank. In the picture, you can see it next to the power cord of the heater so you can see how tiny it is.

I am assuming if I take the bio wheels off, I just let them float in the water? I was told that is where all of the BB sits, and I do not want to recycle my tank.

That may be what is happening. I will try a 50% water change to see if there is any difference though. I do have an air stone, so that could be potentially adding to that as well. Yes.. debris. Its a 29 gallon. I have 5 golden tetras, 5 cardinal tetras, 2 Cory cats, and a bristle nose pleco. I have a Bio wheel 350.

Well he chases any fish that gets near him. I have a frog that he chases too. Also, how can you tell if its male or female?
