What fishes do you have in there?

I did a fish-in cycle with a 50 g tank and took me about 3 weeks to complete with 6 tiger barbs and 4 ruby barbs. Once the nitrite started showing up it soared and wasn't gradual as ammonia. All my fishes survived and healthy. Good luck :D

Thanks vanimal. I'm feeding my fishes a combination of everything i have :D I also got 3 more odessa's to keep my guy company :whistle: Also one more funny thing happened, i couldn't locate my Albino BN and finally found it in my HOB filter after 3 hours.:lol:

A 50 gallon and a 10 gallon.

3 months is a long time, I got mine cycled in less than a month. You could wait for a little longer without water change and check on the parameters, to be sure. What size is your tank, your stocking and what sorta filter do you use?

I usually feed my fishes with pellet, micro pellets, brine shrimps, flakes and veggies(peas and spinach once a week). I'll be getting algae wafers soon for the pleco and i hope it will compliment the shark too.
