Fish is hiding & not really eating. I have treated my tank for ick recently but no help.

Sorry for late reply but my platy still shows that white spot on her nose. When I said parameters are zero I meant almost zero. I use API kit & I do 25% water change every wk. I have attached couple of pics

No it's a new tank. I am starting to cycle it & sunbursts r my first fish. Thanks for product help. I will try to buy that. Water levels checked at prtsmart showed no issues.

My water temperature is 78F & all other parameters seem to be in control as water is tested for 3 consecutive days & it's showing no signs of trouble. I also have 3 long fin black skirt tetra & they are swimming fine. Male sunburst is not eating much either.
