    Dojo loaches

I'm not positive, only time iv done the switch was when I was upgrading tanks so I simply dumped the gravel out and replaced with sand but I'm sure there's a thread on here somewhere explaining how to do it. That or maybe someone will chime in with some advice. I think if I was in your situation...

    Dojo loaches

If sand is an option I'd go with that. My dojos keep the bottom of my tank spotless. They are constantly sifting sand in their mouth and out their gills.

Live online orders - how long can they sit in the box?

People like you are exactly why other people stop using this app. I was simply giving the OP alittle reassurance aswell as complimenting liveaquaria. At no point did I say leave f the fish. At no point did I say anything about being careless towards the fish. Grow up and stop thinkin your better...

Live online orders - how long can they sit in the box?

If they don't make it you can most likely get a refund or a new specimen. Iv had problems in the past with them and all it took was an email and they fixed whatever the issue was. Sometimes they are more expensive or don't have exactly what you want but their customer service is impeccable.

    Compatible fish

The Senegal bichir, Polypterus senegalus, also known as the gray bichir and Cuvier's bichir, is sometimes called the "dinosaur eel" and also known as "dragon fish" at many local pet chains- a misnomer, as the creature is NOT AN EEL. It is a prototypical species of fish in the Polypterus genus...

    advice on cave

The sand filler would be fine. As per the smell, what's you stock, tank size, feeding schedule? A tank shouldn't smell, especially if your doing that frequent of water changes.

    Stressed out fish ????

My biggest Senegal bichir chomper removed a chunk of skin from my finger when he was about 9in. All I wanted to do was replant a sword that had come unrooted.

    moving fish tank. help please!

When I moved I used buckets with an airstones in them. Saves bags and they can hang in a bucket for awhile. My fish were in buckets for 4 hours in 30 degree weather and even my angelfish survived.

    75G too much?

You got a great deal and everyone's right 75 is a great size, keep it, it's well worth the extra bucket during water changes.

75g Tank, Bichirs, and Other Fish

Feed bloodworms right when you cut the lights out, the bichirs will find it and if the eels hungry he will find it too. They usually come out at night.

75g Tank, Bichirs, and Other Fish

I have a peacock eel with my bichirs, he's a great addition and is constantly pacing across the tank with the bichirs. This is how he hides lol

75g Tank, Bichirs, and Other Fish

You can keep 2 bichirs together. Especially in a 120. I know because I have 3 8+in senegals together in a 75 and they are fine. Ornates will fight their own kind but mine leaves my senegals alone and just hangs out under a log. Edit- to clarify I'm saying yes to multiple senegals in your 120...

75g Tank, Bichirs, and Other Fish

Honestly I'd do those 2 and multiple Senegal bichirs. I have an ornate with 3 senegals and it's a very entertaining tank right now. The ornate tends to hide unless he's hungry but the senegals are always very active. I have them in a 75 gallon currently. The ornate will reach over 2 ft...

Buying a 55 gallon tomorrow, fish ideas?!?!

From personal exp you will prob have problems with the barbs biting the angels. If the fish are small I'd recommend taking them to your lfs you may even get some store credit out of it then you can start fresh stock-wise.
