    Thanks guys I must have a think about that one, I have added some fish in the last few days as my tank seems to be doing ok, I got 2 little clowns and a Pacific sailfin tang all seem to be doing really well so far, my sand is turning a little brown any ideas what that might be?

    Has anyone ever seen one of these? I just came across a picture and thought they look amazing but I know nothing about them I wonder could you get one for your tank? :-) I think there called Blue dragon sea slug.

    Oh yes that makes sense and just have your overflow pipe in the water just enough that when it drops below it it stops sucking:-) cool! What do you think of that sump lay out I put up? Is that the fuge in the middle of it?

    Do I have to have a hole up high in the tank for the overflow or do you syphon it over the top? That can be dangerous if your return pump stops I suppose. How does the controlled overflow work?
