I just got a fluval sea led fixture. I did not realize you could have a night mode! Is night mode just for 1-2 hours before/after my day settings or literally all night? My tank is a 40 gallon. Most of my corals are sort, but I did recently get a chalice coral. does that make a difference?

Mystery coral. Found this fellow on a rock all shrivelled and tiny. After letting it grow, I don't think it's a mushroom at all. ideas? leather perhaps?

I found the soft, freshly shed snail culprit. I don't have a sump/place to keep the cutie, so my husband offered to do the work. Bye bye little villian. :(

Hey guys, I found this hollow shell in the sand. It doesn't look like a crab, just a shell/shedding Any idea which one this is, if it is still alive? If he's a 'bad guy', how do I catch him?

Hey guys, This is my 40 gallon saltwater tabk. It's a few low-end phone pics, but I hope you like them :) Welcome to my build thread! There's a few hidden buddies that like to come out at night, like my banded shrimp, starfish and large blue crab, so don't mind the short staff ^^

Kind of looks like a sponge

The second id a probe from a nass snail checking it out. It didn't seem to overly care about the light. moved down a little after I turned it off, but it's pretty bold for a new thing. Came right back out after a crab was done clinging to the rock ontop of it.

It kind of looks like it has a small ball inside of it it used to eat stuff. Extends out from the rock but doesn't leave it so far
