Moving this weekend about 5 miles. 29 gal bow front tank. What is the best way to move this?

Ok, sponge.... Where did he come from? Was he part of the live rock? I set the tank up in May and he just started appearing a few weeks ago. Looked like a spider web at first, now it looks like a cocoon.

Is it good or bad for my tank? Any help would be appreciated.
