Fish wise you won't be able to put much if anything. Maybe a clown goby.

A t5 is much more powerful then a t8. I don't know how much it matters with plants but I no it means a lot with reef tanks. T5 are also a lot more expensive then t8

It's a organ pipe coral. There a soft coral that grows out of a hard tube base. There good but they can be kind of difficult to care for and there are mixed results with them. Do some research and see if you can possibly keep it alive.

A red finned shark is a lot less aggressive and just as cool looking. You might be able to get one of those but I don't know if you can keep one in a tank that size.
