I can tell you why ! I just switched my 180 gal. tank from salt water back to fresh water , because it was toooo much $$$$ to maintain and way to much work , if you have alot of $$ and alot of time on your hands then I say go for it . It really depends on how much you want a saltwater tank ...

I keep getting salt settling on the sides of my tank , I dont have any power heads, is this why . Im going to get 2 power heads today I hope it helps, I have to scrape it off everyday ! Another ? should I use carbon in my sump , this is a fish only tank for now ?
