Hello, could somebody give me some advice, I have noticed today that some of my neons have white patches on them! One of them has it on the side of his body and the top of his tail fin. Some of the other ones have it as well on the tail fin the tail fin looks like it's rotting away and gone...

Okay, where would I be able to get carbon and poly-floss from? Should I put it In between the media in the canister or put it in the filter lid? Thank you for your help!
