Help I have an establish 15 gal aquarium. I've taken out cichlids and put neons and guppy. Did a water change Monday (first one with these fish) and it was cloudy after. Did another water change today. Now very cloudy and white moss or mold growing everywhere. What is this and what to do?

Ok i havé a 15 gallon tank. Just went to lfs and bough neon tetra,guppies and Cory. Now I read that neon need at least 20 gallon

I also want to add a cherry and a ghost Shrimp
