OK. I know there are a million different chalices. Have you ever seen one with white eyes or could those change eventually too?

So I bought this at my LFS about 6 month ago. It was all bleached out, but for $10 I thought it was worth a shot Any idea what it is? The white on the left edge is new growth, finally! It colored up to a purple like color.

Picked up a Tunze ATO Black Friday. Working great but a little worried the water line didn't go into the pump very far. I have a feeling it will get pushed out over time. Anyone else have one of these? I would guess it went in about 1/4 inch.

I keep mine low in tank. Mine doesn't like a lot of flow. Ignore the green hair algae, I can't seem to conquer it. Mine started out as three head and didn't start growing for first few months because I had it to high with to high of flow. Has doubled in last two months.

Yes, we'll yesterday now. Mine already was already removing crud also. It was extremely easy to setup and adjust. The pump is just louder then I had hoped. I was hoping I missed something so I didn't have to take it apart. No leaks, but I guess I will check the impeller. How it the impeller...

Does yours have a hum? Mine is in my TV room and I have my filters attached to in tank pumps and my tank is nearly silent. The only pump I hear is the bh-1000 and it is fairly loud. I just want to make sure my expectations aren't unrealistic before it spend a few hours draining and reinstalling...

I installed this skimmer today. The pump is rather loud. Has anyone else had this issue? It is by far the loudest thing on my tank now. And I'm not referring to the air intake. The motor itself. Thanks for any input.

They look like acans that are deflated. Once they adapt to your tank they should get puffy.
