Yes i think it's a bladder snail after u had a better look at it does it require any special care of items and how big does it grow ?

Today I purchased some new plants for my tank once I had planted them I noticed two really small snails on them. I know that there snails in with the plants at the shop when I brought them but is this common with buying plants at your local fish shop ?

the female on the bottom looks bigger than the other female platty (not in the picture) I think it may be pregnant but I can't tell for sure please could some one help in telling me if it is it not
