My fish has been swimming very awkwardly for the past month. He just sits kinda staright up n downin the same spot. Black high fin tetra look like his sides are falling apart

My columbian tetra has been sitting in the same place just kinda floating/swimming in the same spot vertically for 2 days. If anorher fish bothers him he swims away fine but then goes right back and just kinda bobs the vertically.
