I noticed some of my fish have white spots on their fins and bodies about two days ago. So far I've done a 25% water change, slowly raising the temp, about 85F now, added an air stone and added about 10 tsb of kosher salt. I'm curious as to what meds I should use if the salt and heat method...

The supplement I'm using doesn't say it contains potassium. Since you did mention nitrate, the one thing I've noticed over the last two water changes (one a week). When I've test the water before I change it my nitrate levels are between 0 and 5ppm, when prior to this one I did my water changes...

I looked up trap door snail and the pictures I find aren't similar. Also, I've found 4 baby snails in the last day or so, is it possible for these things to reproduce in two days?

That's good, I think I have about 18 of them that serviced so far. Question, I've read that a female guppy can hold a males semen for 6 cycles of fry. Does that mean she won't mate with the other males until she's done all her cycles?

Lol, I meant stock.....I went and to lfs and picked up the cory's today and so far their not very active and just hanging out on the bottom of the tank or hiding. Is this normal when first introduced?

I found the fish food harder to crush, I have frozen dried brine shrimp the crushes into a powder. Is that ok to use?
