I'd say take it back if you are in the area, worst they can do is say no. Don't give them any more of the story than you need ;) It just doesn't fit.

I understand that, I keep my tank at 72, everyone seems fine there. Maybe I will get more when I get my 55. I think it's best to have 1 then 5 in my current tank and be over crowded. It was take it or it be flushed by a friend. :)

It's a white/yellow dojo loach. The only aggression I have seen from him/her is to my plants he/she uproots lol any way to tell if its a male or female btw? :D
