    Thanks so when i do my water changes should I treat the new water before I add it to the tank or just add it then treat the water as a whole? And I have big wood already in the tank so hopefully that should make a difference!

    I need advice on water changes been advised by my lfs not to do them as my local water is hard and poor quality but I'm using 3 filters have lots of plant life and both fish and water are looking very healthy. Should I ignore lfs or listen to their advice?

    Hi I've just set up a freshwater tropical tank with a wide range of inhabitants living in it I'm fairly new to this and am looking for some help and advice to keep my new flatmates happy and healthy :)
