    400 gallon setup advise please

    VHO lamps

    :?: has anyone used any 46.5" VHO lamps? is there any difference between them and a regular 48" VHO? my canopy is only 48.75" on the inside so i was uncertain if the regular 48's would fit. any help is appreciated

    :? Can anyone offer a little information on T-5 lighting..... is it better than pc or vho ....where can you get it..... cost/ life.... is it worth it. any help would be very welcomed
