    Don't you have the problem that the pumps start in reverse when turned back on? My Koralias do this unfortunatelly. This is the reason why I can't use my wavemaker.

    Ok, I would not recomend to get your water from the grocery store. Your LFS will RO/DI water for a good price (usualy about 50 cent/gallon.

    The second one definitely was a little bit starved but recoverd quick and was always the first at the food. Although It´s belly-section always looked a little bit "bumpy", but nothing to much out of the ordinary.
