Probably some kind of Mbuna there quite common as there easy to bread.though there are a lot of cichlids that are orange, blue or yellow so you'll have to be more specific

I've always heard that saltwater fish are acquired by divers squirting cyanide or some other toxic chemical on coral to stun and drive out the fish. Then capturing them to be shipped to stores,is this true.it seems really cruel

Just fin damage. Use a stress coat to help speed healing.unless it really bothers the fish I wouldn't be that worried

Have you tried using aquarium or non-iodized salt.about 3 tablespoons per gallon should do it.

The best thing you can do for it is put it in another tank all by itself. It's still in danger if you leave it in the tank. Can't help you with the guppy thing. Maybe the females are just larger. That's normal in some species of fish

Do you have a carbon filter cause that's why your treatment isn't working.for heat in a larger tank like that you should have two heaters rated for a tank half the size of yours instead of one big one

Not sure about that. probably as long as you need for the ich to clear up.
