Hi I have noticed the past 2 weeks on the back wall of my tank all this fluffy Webby stuff growing. It's hard to get rid of as well and makes a mess in the tank when it breaks up getting caught in the fans. Any ideas what it is and how to get rid of it?

Yes 125 litre tank, 2 clown oscellaris, mandarin and anemone..I just tested my PH before its actually 8.0, could this possibly be the reason? I'll put in some PH up, maybe that may help him?

Right..I might start to raise it slightly then over the next 2 weeks or so, I want to eventually get corals but won't start that for a few more weeks. I'm from Australia. I gathered that, there isn't too people responding at this time haha.

Salinity is 0.22 do you think I should raise that? Yes there is a few places to hide in the tank

Just temp, I suppose if that's the issue there wouldn't be much I can do now? Would that kill him after he seemed to be going fine for days?

Posted a thread about a week ago but didn't really get much of a response. So thought I would try my luck again. I've now had my tank (125lt) cycling for almost 5 weeks (with 10kg of live rock), nitrite and nitrate spiked (2 weeks ago)and came down to 0 and 10. My ammonia though started at 0.5...

Thanks, I fed the fish again yesterday with brine shrimp. I also added in some fish pellets to decay and maybe start the ammonia again, tested yesterday afternoon ammonia went down to 0.25. Fed fish again this morning and put in another 8 or so pellets, still at 0.25...hopefully it will start...
