    Platy is really a swordtail

    when I bought my fish I was told they were platies. But they've been growing quite a bit and the male now has a 1/2 inch sword, of which it was non-existent when I bought him. Now I have a female too. Is there anyway to tell if she's a sword tail too? or do I just have to wait to see if I get fry?

    I got a lep. fasciato and I can't find any kind of information on it and the dorks at the petstore can't tell me anything either. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
