Are these spaghetti worms?

Don't know what it is but I took a couple pics one open one closed. Small circular with white dots at end of small tentacle like structures. Seems to not like light as it closes when I turn lights on

I think it's some kind of worm. Outer white tubes are hard. Breaks of if pushed on and then regrows. Saw a couple thin white tentacles from in the rock where it's growing from?? Any ideas good or bad??

Noticed these things on my glass then these other things on almost everything. Any ideas First pic is small spiral shapes that keep appearing on glass. Used scraper to get them off. Coming back slowly. Second is what looks like lil tufts of something that like to cling to whatever they can...
