I wouldn't worry about it.hermits tend to trample coral..I wake up to a nicely redecorated aquarium once a month..anyways I would only worry about it if your sponge starts looking ugly..

Live sand is the best choice I have live sand and I just siphon the top layer every time I see that I needs a cleaning usually 1 time a month

Deff a bristle worm other than being ugly no harm i tend to feed my coral a lot and the bristle worms com completely out of the rock looking for food kinda weird

Pick this up at my lfs for 10 dollars
