I would just do another ten or twenty percent water change today or tomorrow and see what happens. don't go crazy, since it's just a cycled tank you just have to try to make that go down.

bristle worms are good, they are the only thing that clean up detritus inside the live rock!

definitely keep the bristle worms. they are the only cuc member that can clean the inside of the rock and stop detritus from settling there!

I use a 425 in my ten gallon and I personally love the flow. but I like high flow and my Duncan loves getting blown around haha
