Maybe a young albino tinfoil barb. Not the greatest shots to make a clear identification. Could possibly be a Buenos Aires Tetra, though they typically have black on their fins also.

200 gallons will be fine for him. Once he's out of there, you should have some room for some more schooling fish if you'd like to do that. Maybe one "show fish" for the tank. Maybe a dwarf gourami?

What kind of Pleco? If its a common, you'll def want to think of rehousing that guy first. They get to be too big for your tank.

Just wanted to pipe in with my knowledge of PETsMART... To my knowledge the company has never sold females. The old tags at least used to say they were male (insert species) gourami. I think they forgot to leave male when they changed up the tags.

I never thought to use posterboard! I like to do plain black backgrounds. Makes everything stand out in the tank in my opinion. And since I just inherited my 65 gallon, I wasn't able to find any backgrounds the right size to be able to use, but I think now I'll just hit up my local craft store.

Are you positive that they're African Dwarf Frogs and not African Clawed Frogs? They often get mislabeled at pet stores, and the clawed frogs are a lot more aggressive, and grow to be a lot larger. Easiest way to know for sure is to check out their front hands. If they're webbed, they're dwarf...

Yeah, sometimes the males will do that. I had one male who never got over it, so I'd had to take him out of the tank also. It's not preferable, but the fry can survive without dad there to take care of them. Luckily, he at least would place them in the nest, but he'd slowly eat them all once...

Sounds like hard water buildup. I use vinegar to wipe it off. Safe to use around an aquarium, also. It works best if it soaks on the buildup for a bit before you wipe it off.
