Is this a java fern?

I saw some of these frogs today and found them fascinating. Would be tempted to set up a tank and get some, anyone got any advice regarding tank, ( I know they can't have a fast flowing filter due to vibrations) can they be kept in groups or are a pair off both sexes the best combo?

I've just noticed that my platy has had a chunk taken out of her tail. I'm completely shocked as I haven't noticed any of the fish bothering her. I think I've got 2 boys and 2 girls so could this have been a little too boisterous mate after her? [/ATTACH]

Have just seen a Zebra Plec local to me for sale, anyone got one? Have looked online quickly but it says they prefer stronger currents and can be territorial. Would want it to hurt my Twiggy!
