Any ideas of what this stuff is its starting to sprout on a couple of rocks

Here is my current RO set up and I am wondering where to plug in the DI add on canister Green line is from water line to pre filter, yellow to holding tank and blue to faucet.

In the middle of the rock there is a worm like creature, any idea of what it is and how do I get rid of it if needed.

What's the best way to clean a rock before putting it in a tank. Obviously a pressure washer to start and let it dry a few days but is there anything else that needs to be done.

Looking for opinions on the best way to configure this sump. It's going under a 125 gal tank. Also what type of media would you put in the canisters. The two long filter socks is a divided compartment.

So I just got a (used) 125 gallon tank with a Berliner wd 125 sump. Looking for recommendations on a protein skimmer to go in it. Unsure if I am going reef or fowlr. Going to be a couple weeks before it is set up cause it needs a good cleaning. Also is there a decent place to order live rock from.

Just noticed this on one of my rocks and have no clue what it is, any thoughts?

60lbs of live sand 2 power heads protein skimmer 9lbs of live rock is what I have in it so far. It is starting to clear up from when I put in the salt. How soon should I wait too introduce fish to the tank and what type should I use to start with.
