    I Hate My Fish

Well, I get home today and my satan clownfish knocked over my frogspawn ontop of one of my meat corals and completely burned it. Iv had corals get stung here and there before, but not like this. Based on the attachment, can someone please give me a damage report and let me know how bad it is...

    Bubble coral dying?

There is no direct flow caused by any powerhead, but I might try to move and see if the problem persists? I thought the same thing and figured that the entire coral would be closed if something was wrong due to water quality.

    Bubble coral dying?

Clowns haven't touched it and no flow change. I got really cheap last time I was at the LFS and bought a really cheap salt so I wonder if it's been from switching salts maybe?

    Bubble coral dying?

Hi everyone, so the last two years I have had this absolutely magnificent bubble coral. The last couple of weeks (5 or 6?) I first noticed the mouth of the coral very open to the point where I can see straight down inside the coral. I then noticed that the mouth seems to be open or stretched out...

    Nudibranch?

Thank you for the quick responses. I will ask her to maybe single it out on a piece of glass like suggested to get a better picture. If not a nudibranch, any suggestions on what it may be? Thank you.

    Nudibranch?

Hey everybody, my sister just sent me a picture of this slug-like creature from her 55. It looks like a nudibranch to me. She said she's seen it before and that it is slow moving and corals look fine. I just wanted to clarify what it is before she has to remove it, Incase it's a harmless...

    Toad stool sick?

Okay, so I have an update. I thought for sure it was perhaps just shedding but it looks like it's dying on one side. It's looking worse and there is a rather large spot on the coral that looks like it is just deteriorating. You can see the spot in the picture. What action should I take? Thanks...

    Bubble Coral placement Question

Wow, you have a huge colony! Thank you so much for the reply. I'll leave it where it is for now if the glass isn't a huge issue and will maybe just have to move it when it outgrows the spot. Again, thanks for the confirmation and the help! Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    Fromia star

I wouldn't worry about it. I had a Fromia over a year and it curling in limbs seemed to be a common theme. I loved mine and one day it just melted away. If it's dying you'll know it. Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    Toadstool help

Could anyone tell me what could be wrong with my toadstool? It is usually the biggest thing in the tank but lately, last 5 days, it hasn't opened at all and I am clueless to what could be wrong. All my parameters are in check and its in a mid flow area with good lighting.

    Calling all starfish experts

Thanks for the reply even if it's bad news I'm grateful now that I know what to expect. Also, I am very appreciative of the time that the poor star did last in the tank I feel 7-8 months is a good run especially considering that I know they are considered rather difficult to keep.
