It could be the water conditioner you're using. I had the same problem, then I switched conditioner brands and it smelled better. It could also be other chemicals you're putting in the tank. Are you putting anything in there besides conditioner? Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

I would like to get some driftwood for my 55 gallon tank. I would like a big piece that takes up most of the tank or at least half. Where can I get good driftwood that isn't too expensive?

It's pretty heavily stocked but nothing to be worried about. There might be territory disputes between the gourami and ram but in a 10 gallon with lots of plants and deco it should be fine b

To keep angels from getting aggressive you need to keep them in an odd number. Such as 3, 5, 7, etc. also try to get more females than males. A ratio of 2 females to 1 male would be good.

Crawfish also like lots of caves and hiding places. They will tear up live plants so I don't get one if you have live plants.
