We are too. The only thing I can think of is we wash the filters in the washing machine with no detergent. Could this be the issue? Should we then rinse with RO water afterwards? Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

It's about 14 months. We have tried every chemical on the market to try and get rid of it. We do biweekly water changes. We bought the phosban reactor 150 and we are filling it with the chemi-pure elite with a pump running water through it. We will see if it works

I will let you. I still haven't been able to pick some up yet and we are trying to figure out where to place it for it to work properly.
