Hey, I have 1 plec (6") 2 silver dollars (5" each) 2 tetra (1" each) 2 dwarf gourami (2" each) 1 red serum ( 4") .... Until I recently upgraded my tank size, fish seemed happily fed, but now it's like they're constantly hungry!! I have always fed dried flake, algae wafers and frozen ( combi )...

Hi, thanks.. I'll give them a try... I'm struggling with this latest tank, trying to make it interesting but as it's so tall, and the hardier plants being quite small it looks bare in the top half!! You don't happen to know any online stores good for tall tree roots/ bog wood??? :fish2:

Thanks... I woke up this morning to find another 2 plants stripped... Just stalks poking out of the substrate!! I think I'll invest in more ferns as they're still standing!! Will persevere, as really don't want to do plastic :)

Thanks for the info... I was also thinking black, would really show off the severums colour! The tank is 80cm wide x 80cm high and the largest I've seen so far are 120 x 60cm, so I'll check out your suggestion.... Thanks :)

Hi all, just joined the site so thought I'd say hi!I currently have 1 x pleco, 2 x dwarf gourami,2 x silver dollars and 1 x red severum. Whilst I'm here.. Anybody know where you can find aquarium backgrounds for 'deep' tanks?? :)
