I've heard that sometimes a larger, more aggressive shrimp gets sold as ghost shrimp. You might try googling Macrobrachium shrimp, and see if this is what you have. Sent from my iPad using Aquarium Advice

Does anyone have any experience with a Japanese Redfin waspfish? I can't find any info on tank size for these guys, but it looks like they stay small. I'm wondering if one would be appropriate for a tank this size.

My newest addition... 100 gallon tank, filled right now with about 300 cherry shrimp, a small school of albino cory's, a mating pair of albino longfin BN plecos, and about 10 green neon and ember tetras. I'm going to add about 20 more green neons next time I make it to the LFS (2 hours away)

That's good to hear! At first I thought she had one of the plecos that got huge. I'm glad it's just a little one. :)

its tiny compared to my 2 year old ALFBN pleco. It looks like the clown Pleco should end up growing a little bigger than the Albino. I sure hope they won't interbreed.

I visited my sister this weekend, and she had warned me that her tank was in bad shape, but I had no idea it would be as bad as it was... the water was literally black. One of the (many) horrible things I found in her 10 gallon tank was a pleco that looks like it's been in the tank a long time...
